David is a Registered Psychologist, Executive Coach and organisational development specialist with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of human behaviour, leadership, and wellbeing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Therapy from The Relational Institute Australia. He also holds a Master of Commerce (Organisational Behaviour & Marketing) from the University of New South Wales, and has completed specialist training in coaching, change management, and organisational agility through Ashridge Executive Education and AGSM.
Prior to private practice, David worked extensively in executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational psychology across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. Over his 20+ year career, he has partnered with individuals, teams, and organisations to support growth, resilience, and cultural transformation. His experience spans corporate, healthcare, education, and consulting environments, where he has supported senior leaders, professionals, and teams through tailored coaching, workshops, and developmental programs. In private practice, David works with a range of psychological presentations, including anxiety, addiction, trauma, workplace relations, stress, low mood and issues related to identity and belonging.
David works with his clients to discover and explore their purpose, both personally and professionally. He does this through deep and empathetic attunement, assisting his clients to connect with their authentic sense of self.
