Helen is a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years of experience counselling individuals, couples, families and adolescents.
She has worked in both public and private sectors, and counsels people from diverse social and economic backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Letters (Psychology).
Helen specialises in providing treatment and therapeutic support to adults, couples, families and older adults on various issues including depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug addiction, grief, anger management and trauma counselling. She also has extensive experience in counselling clients with medical conditions, adjustment issues, neurological impairment and/or injury, professional coaching and mentoring, and personal and relationship concerns.
Helen uses a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic treatments tailored to the concerns and goals of the client.
